COMING SOON IN 2026/2027

Report + Support now allows users to opt in to anonymous two-way messaging.

If you have submitted an anonymous report through the platform, you can still follow up, ask questions, or access further support without revealing your identity.

To do this, simply choose the anonymous two-way messaging option when making your report.

Why use Anonymous Messaging?

  • Access support and guidance: If you’re unsure how to move forward or need advice, two-way messaging allows you to seek guidance without revealing your identity.
  • Keep the conversation going: If you want to share additional information or have follow-up questions, you can continue the dialogue while remaining anonymous.
  • Explore further support options: We can discuss ways to address the issue you’ve reported and help you consider next steps, including options available if you later decide to share your details.

 How to use Anonymous Messaging?

When you submit a report through the Report + Support platform, you will be given the option to opt into two-way messaging.

If you choose this option, a unique 16-character code will be generated. You must save this code, as it is the only way to access the messaging system later. Please store it securely—there is no way to recover it if it is lost.

To check on your report or continue the conversation, return to the Report + Support platform and enter your 16-character code.

From the main Report + Support page, click the “Log in to Messaging” button at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to view responses from the University and reply to any messages.
